I am trying Squash TM for the first time. I am running it on Linux and I have a problem with the reports.
I have created a project with diferent tests cases, every test case with steps. However, every step is empty in the Test Case Report generated.
Can you tell me if this is a bug only in the free version? Because we are thinking about buying the Squash TM licence but the report generator is something really importat to us so it has to work properly.
I would really appreciate if you could answer as soon as possible.

Hi,
I have a few questions for you :
What version of Squash TM are you using ?
What kind of reports are you generating : docx or pdf ?
What is the content of these steps ? If there are images, they can't appear in the reports.
You can also clear your cached files and retry to generate the report.
For information, the free version and the licence version are pretty much the same, the only differences are with the licence, you get :
full technical support, via JIRA ticketing or eMail, unlimited,
the possibility to ask for bug corrections, granted by SLA,
plugins to connect to JIRA, Redmine, LDAP and AD and others.
If you are interested or have any other questions, feel free to contact us at contact@squashtest.org
