Building provisions module does not generate plugins

Hello,

Recently, I have downloaded 1.16 source code of squash TM and trying to set it up in Eclipse.
For this I have followed the steps mentioned under "How to install SquashTM project into Eclipse" section.
But, at later stage, at the time of "Configure OSGi runtime" I DID NOT FIND "eclipse-provision" folder under target but there were other 2 folders named
- database-archive-resources
- generated-resources

Could you please help me in identifying where I am going wrong.
