Hello,
When you move your mouse over the [Delete] button, it mentions the action 'Delete selected test steps'. You can use this button to delete one or more test steps once they have been selected.
A prerequisite cannot be deleted, as it is part of the test case structure.
If you want to empty the information contained in the prerequisite, you need to open it and then delete the data.
