No retractable bloc "Bugtracker" under project workspace

Hello,
I encounter problems when trying to add a bugtracker to a Squash project:
For my Version 1.21.1.RELEASE, under the project workspace, there is no retractable bloc "Bugtracker".
Therefore I could fill in the fields nor see the dropdown list.
Have I missed anything in the installation?
