Squash TM installation issue

Myself Raghuveer, currently I am having issue with Squash TM product (Free version)

As per desired and expectation , above mentioned product is not working and facing some issue while installing this product.

We have downloaded files(*.JAR and *.EXE) from (https://www.squashtest.org/xsquash/tele ... tm?lang=en) web page ,while executing files ,we found few error so we are not success to install your product to our system.
