SquashTM installation on Windows server 2016

Hello
I am trying to install squashTM on win server 2016, through the file squash-tm.exe on the zip package
For some reason it tries to install .net framework when I begins the installation, which is not authorized by Win server.
So I am stuck on this step, attachement is here attached,
For information I am running the latest version of .net framwork
