Hi,

1 - Yes it as specified. If one of your step is in failure, then the whole test case is set as failed.
2 - This feature is not yet available. Please use our bugtracker to propose this enhancement.
3 - For the execution follow up report you can't. You can only choose the campaigne level. However, the report send you the details of the iterations and test suites of the campaign.
