Server Error 500 when lauching a test case OR a test suite

When launching individually a test case inside a test plan of an iteration OR launching a test suite, I get :
HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /squash/execute/483/step/prologue. Reason:
Server Error
It seems that the root cause is :
Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1; JAXP00010001: The parser has encountered more than "64000" entity expansions in this document; this is the limit imposed by the JDK.
Any idea to solve it ?
