Problem with utf-8 enconding on centos 6

When I launch Squash TM on windows by bin\launcher.bat, I have no problems with encoding (cyrillic alphabet).
Then I've installed squash-tm on centos 6.6.
All cyrillic symbols that I've input in the fields first name, last name, project name etc. were replaced with "????" symbols. These symbols were in database, too.
When I've changed field value in database from "???" back to cyrrilic symbols, they were displayed in web interface correctly.
What should I change in config files to work with cyrllic symbols?
