Hi/Bonjour,

Our Test cases report has a problem whereby all test cases added to Squash-TM since a certain date do not appear on the report.

We had this problem in a previous installation of Squash-TM 1.81 RELEASE but weren't too concerned because we were about to upgrade. We have now found that our current version (1.12.0 RELEASE) has also started to exhibit the problem. We don't know what provokes this behaviour which doesn't exist for some time after a new install.

We have discovered that the missing test cases lack an entry in the TCLN_RELATIONSHIP_CLOSURE table. Adding the test cases to this table causes them to be displayed correctly in the report.

Could you help us to resolve this problem please?

I have collected a screen capture and report which illustrates the problem and MySQL log files (which don't show any errors) of a test case being added and the generation of the report. I also have a database dump which I could make available if you provide me with an upload location (I prefer not to make them available publicly).

Please feel free to reply in either French or English as you prefer.

Lors de vos différentes montées de version, avez-vous bien passé tous les scripts de migration fournis avec la version dans le dossier database-script ?
De plus, avez-vous réindexé votre base depuis l'espace administration de Squash ?

Merci de votre retour. Pour répondre à vos questions :

1) En réalité nous avons fait une nouvelle installation de la version 1.12.0 RELEASE. De plus, ce problème n’existait pas pendant un certain temps (plusieurs mois) après l’installation initiale.

2) Nous avons réindexé la base à plusieurs reprises, avant et (surtout) après l’apparition de ce problème mais ça n’a pas amélioré les choses. Même constat sur Mantis 5370 : https://ci.squashtest.org/mantis/view.php?id=5370
