Squash TM crash following new project creation

Hello,

I was runnning Squash TM for about 2 months for one project without any problem.
I declared this morning a second one and since its creation squash-tm keeps crashing which makes it unusable.

The application starts correctly but as soon as i try to authenticate it crashs.
The error message displayed in squash-tm.log is about jira.soap (see attached squash-tm.log extract).
I checked on older logs and saw other occurances of these jira.soap errors while Squash-tm was properly running.

So this error in itself doesn't explain the crash except if it is the combination with the second project creation.

I tryed to delete BUGTRACKER, BUGTRACKER_BINDING and BUGTRACKER_PROJECT records from Mysql database but didn't manage to make squash-tm run.

If needed i can provide a dump of the database and complete squash-tm log file.

Yes, could you provide us the squash-tm log file for a start ? (we will tell you if we need the dump)

Also, next time, if you add log extracts, could you put them in a text file ? (it's hard to see on a png file)

I finaly manage to solve my problem by restoring previous database backup and removing bug tracker configuration before creating the new project.

Next time i will face the problem i will send you the log file.
