As there's no test case versioning feature, is there a way to easily duplicate a test case?

I would then introduce a version number in the title.

I'm currently using Squash TM v1.14.2

You can simply copy and paste the test case with the library toolbar (see our [url=https://sites.google.com/a/henix.fr/wik ... c-funtions]wiki[/url]).
