Support for Jira Cloud

Currently most of the companies have upgraded to Jira 7 and since the free version is not supporting Jira 7, wont that be a disadvantage for such a powerful tool. Other tools like TestLink support Jira 7 for its free version.
Will there be support for Jira 7 in the future release for community version ?
