Color palette inconsistency

Greetings.
I'm curious as to why the colors used in the criticality pie charts in the Requirements dashboard for a folder are not the same as the colors used in the requirements list in the left pane at the left edge of each requirement indicating its criticality.
In the list, a "minor" requirement is blue. In the dashboard pie chart, that same requirement is orange — and about the same color of orange that a "major" requirement is in the left pane.
It would be much more clear to understand if the color palette were consistent for this purpose.
