I have a test case that has 34 steps, and 16 of those are call steps linking to cases with 10-15 steps.
I added the case to an iteration test plan and tried to create an execution, but it hung for a long time and never created the execution.
I don't have this problem with other test cases that only have a few steps.
Does Squash have a limit to the number of steps or call steps while creating an execution?

Re: error creating execution for a case with a lot of call steps
Hello,
Squash does not have a test step limit for executions.
I created a test case as you describe (but with very little data in the steps), so the execution has 258 execution steps.
The execution page may take some time to display depending on the data your steps contain.
If, as a unit, each of your called tests executes normally, give Squash time to create the executions.
Best regards,
Élise, Squash Team.
