How to edit this default issue description?

Hello,

Im using version "Squash TM v1.13.2.RELEASE" currently integrated with JIRA.

When I press "Raise an issue" on the test execution pop-up, I get the following in the defect description by default:

# Test Case: [81] PVR
# Execution: http://s-m-s3lidb02:8080/squash/executions/113
# Concerned Step: 1/2

# Issue description :

Is there a method to edit this default issue description?
