Error logging into Mantis from Squash TM

I have installed Mantis Mantis 1.2.19-1 running on the localhost. I am also running Squash TM Squash TM 1.12.0 with the embedded H2 database on the localhost, which is a Windows 7 machine. When I try to log into Mantis from Squash, I get the following error:

[b]Error Type: SYSTEM NOTICE, Error Description: Array to string conversion.[/b]

I can log into Mantis directly using the same account name and password, so it doesn't appear to be problem with Mantis.

I used launcher.bat to start Squash TM in a Firefox browser. Everything else I've tried with Squash TM works quite well.

Could you tell me why this error is occurring?
