Executing Tests Cases From The Campaign Level

In Version 1.13.3, the campaign consultation page includes a tab labeled "Execution Plan". If one clicks on the Add button, one is taken to the Test Cases workspace and can add test cases here.

However, there does not appear to be a way to begin the execution of these test cases from the Execution Plan tab.

Per the documentation, test case execution is initiated from the Iteration or Test Suite level. While that makes sense, having the test cases also on the campaign level is confusing if they cannot be run from that point. The purpose of this tab is therefore unclear.

Can someone please provide some clarification on this? Is this a defect or a configuration issue of some type? Or is this a legacy of a previous version that should have been removed but wasn't?
