There are no more source files than the ones you can find at [url=https://bitbucket.org/nx/squashtest-tm]https://bitbucket.org/nx/squashtest-tm[/url]
The latest 1.2.0 version was build using the files from this repository at the revision tagged squashtest-csp-1.2.0.RELEASE
 
The file you're looking for is string-utils.tld in core.web module, in src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/tlds
The core.web module has to be provisionned in your target platform as I explained in [url=index.php/en/support/forum-squash/view-postlist/forum-1-squash-tm/topic-84-probleme-lors-de-la-compilation-du-code-source]this thread[/url]
