Hi,

It seems that your Jira Configuration has been personalized. You need to know that the basic Jira connector only works with standard Jira project and only permits to declare bug issues.

Basic Jira connector is based on SOAP API and this API does not allows the transmission of comlexe data as Jira customs fields.
