Hyperlink target=framename

Hi,
I would like to place a hyperlink e.g. to a test step action field targeting a frame. There is a possibility to put a frame name in the hyperlink dialog box but I do not know how I can create a frame within the action field. Is it possible to use html tags inside the action field? If so how?
