Test Steps in Defect Comments?

Hello,

Im using version "Squash TM v1.13.2.RELEASE" currently integrated with JIRA v6.1.6.

When I press "Raise an issue" on the test execution pop-up, and enter a defect into JIRA the test steps are in the defect comments not the defect description.

Is there a way to change this?
